BiBi2U, available on Google Play and Apple Store, and is one of the handful crypto currency exchanges in Taiwan.
To help with BiBi2U’s crypto exchange launch in Greater China, we had to build out their sales and customer support services in both Telegram and WeChat.
Our AI chat services are particularly useful when financial companies need high quality, self-learning sales and customers support. This rings true especially in the crypto and blockchain industry where lack of regulation, split-second trading decisions, rampant fraud, theft and vulnerable smart wallets, demand prompt customer support. Although Growthbotics’ NLU framework is multi-lingual, each language needs to be individually trained with specific set of database and syntax. In this case, we had to build out the Chinese language, using millions sets of data feeds. Below is a snippet of the data we had to build out in our MongoDB:

Eventually, we were able to release our AI Blockchain Chat Assistance in both messaging applications, WeChat and Telegram in time for Bibi2u’s cryptocurrency exchange launch date.
Updated Feb 12, 2019. We are happy to announce that Bibi2u has received a total of 5k unique users in their WeChat and Telegram channels and we have been engaging with them on data analytics and user behavior ever since.
